This 5-week course is designed for those Legal Secretaries/Administrative Assistants who would like a more in-depth understanding of Civil Litigation procedures as practiced in our State and Federal Courts.  All students who register for the entire 5-week course, will receive a textbook.

==> Individual Classes:  If you are interested in taking one or more individual class rather than the entire series, you are welcome to do so.  Individual classes are $75.00 eachYou must register for each class individually.  Please note that if you plan to register for one or more classes on an individual class basis and not the entire 5-week series, you will not receive a textbook.

Class 2  (October 7, 2017):  Discovery, Motions and Motions for Summary Judgement
Class 3 (October 14, 2017):  Trial, Adjudication, and Appellate Procedures
Class 4 (October 21, 2017):  Legal Software and IT Updates
Class 5 (October 28, 2017):  Federal Civil Procedure
